That's General Sherman - the largest tree in the world ... the Sequoia redwoods were more impressive than I imagined. Standing in groves (like Kauris) they set themselves apart from the rest of the forest like red, thick-skinned (their bark can be up to 31 inches thick) giants.

Who says it's the largest tree in the world?
I hope you are checking the accuracy of the stuff you are putting on your blog Darryl.
Well, the US National parks service, or whatever the organisation is. They say Tane Mahuta in Northland has more wood volume ... but who knows? They're both bloody big - and that's pretty accurate.
SDB
US National Parks Service...
Everybro knows it's Tane-Mahuta.
In a fight I'd put my money on the Kauri everytime. Sequoia (splet wrong I know) sound French and Gay.
LWW
Whose the one that can't spell?
That would be the majority of Daryl's friends!
That last person spelled my name incorrectly
